Boney Kapoor Confirms Biography Of Sridevi, By Dhiraj Kumar

Boney Kapoor took to his social media and shared the news about the book, he tweeted, “Announcement @SrideviBKapoor @AuthorDhiraj @WestlandBooks @karthikavk @Blind_glass @LabyrinthAgency @SrideviMemoir”

The note from Boney Kapoor read, "Sridevi was a force of nature. She was the happiest when she shared her art on screen with her fans, but she was also a fiercely private person. Dhiraj Kumar is someone she considered family. He is a researcher, writer and columnist. We are happy that he is writing a book that befits her extraordinary life."

The book is said to draw a complete portrait of Sridevi, the quintessential superstar who had an unmatched career in Indian cinema.

She has worked in over 300 films across 50 years in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi. and was conferred the Padma Shri, National Film Award, Filmfare awards, State Government awards and International Awards.

Meanwhile, 5 years since her unfortunate demise, Sridevi's evergreen film English Vinglish is all set to release in Chinese theatres on February 24th, 2023.
