Dharma Productions Celebrates 3 Years Of Bhoot – The Haunted Ship

Bhoot – Part One: The Haunted Ship, a horror thriller film written and directed by Bhanu Pratap Singh and jointly produced by Karan Johar, Hiroo Yash Johar, Apoorva Mehta, and Shashank Khaitan. The first part of the film, of what was a planned horror film franchise, didn’t quite take off as the movie bombed at the box-office, due to multiple delays.

Movies director and producer claimed that film is based on a true incident that took place in Mumbai, the famous MV Wisdom in 2011, and tells the story of an officer who has to move an abandoned but haunted ship lying static on Juhu Beach.

Dharma Productions has a massive line-up for releases this year, starting with Selfiee, starring Akshay Kumar and Emraan Hashmi.

Karan Johar is also making his comeback with Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, starring Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh, Dharmendra, Shabana Azmi and Jaya Bachchan.

Movies like Yodha, Mr And Mrs Mahi and untitled drama starring Vicky Kaushal and Manushi Chillar is also releasing in 2023.
