I Am Not Getting Married Stop Speculating Slams Sumona Chakravati

News was viral that actress and comedian Sumona Chakravati is all set to tie the knot with Rani Mukerji and Kajol’s cousin and will soon become part of Mukerji family, but the news is far from truth, not only that the leading lady of The Kapil Sharma Show isn’t getting married at all.

Sumona Chakravarti took to her social media and penned a rather stern and angry note, slamming media for snooping around her personal life. She captioned her post, “Post Mortem of Rumours. RIP. P.s If i do get married I will very happily & proudly announce and showcase (my man & the marriage). Cool”

The note read, “Dear Tabloids, Thank you for taking interest in my personal life but it really ain’t necessary. I’m not getting married. You’ll like to keep circulating my wedding rumours every year very diligently. Who I date/marry/live in with…is my own personal business and if ever I feel like sharing, I will. Until then, I request all to please stop speculating, it's an earnest request. Thank you!”

Television actor Sumona Chakravarti of The Kapil Sharma Show was rumoured to be getting married to Samrat Mukerji.

Samrat is the cousin of actors Kajol and Rani Mukerji and filmmaker Ayan Mukerji. He is the brother of actor Sharbani Mukherjee and the son of Rono Mukerji.

Sumona Chakravarti is well known for her roles in Bade Achhe Lagte Hain, Comedy Nights With Kapil and The Kapil Sharma Show.
