Madhur Bhandarkar In Shoot Mode For Babli Bouncer

 After celebrating the auspicious occasion of Gudi Padwa, the filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar is back on the sets of Babli Bouncer, to complete the film in Filmistan Studio.

The National Award-winning filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar just took to his social media profile and dropped a picture of himself enjoying Missal Pav in the canteen. He captioned his post, “#ShootingMode film #BabliBouncer at #FilmistanStudio, #Mumbai. Shooting in this studio is incomplete if you don’t eat the famous & most delicious #MissalPav of its canteen”

Bhandarkar's upcoming project stars Tamannahh Bhatia, Saurabh Shukla, Abhishek Bajaj, and Sahil Vaid among others. It has been bankrolled by Fox Star Studios and Junglee Pictures. The film is expected to release sometime this year in multiple languages - Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.

Apart from a slice of life drama Babli Bouncer, director Madhur has one more project which is complete and ready for release, India Lockdown, which explores the human impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.

The film stars Prateik Babbar, Shweta Basu Prasad, Sai Tamhankar, Aahana Kumra, Zarin Shihab, Ayeesha Aiman and Sativik Bhatia. The film has cleared the censor board, and the makers will announce the release date soon.
