The Family Man, a spy thriller series created by Raj and DK, for the streaming service Amazon Prime Video and features Manoj Bajpayee as Srikant Tiwari, a middle-class man secretly working as an intelligence officer for the Threat Analysis and Surveillance Cell (TASC), a fictitious branch of the National Investigation Agency.

Sharing a picture of himself with trophies, Manoj Bajpayee captioned his post, “Best Actor "Family Man 2" at #News18ReelAwards. Manoj bagged the News18 Reel Award in best actor category, while filmmaker won the best web series. The award show were hosted recently in Mumbai.

The series also starred Priyamani, Sharad Kelkar, Neeraj Madhav, Sharib Hashmi, Dalip Tahil, Sunny Hinduja and Shreya Dhanwanthary.

The second season of the series was also hit among fans, it featured Samantha Ruth Prabhu as the main antagonist, making her foray into the digital medium.

On the work front, Manoj is currently promoting his new digital release Gulmohar, which also stars Sharmila Tagore, Simran, and Suraj Sharma.

He is also shooting for Despatch, Joram and Netflix’s Soup.
