Radhika Apte Unveils Shaani ani From Mrs Undercover

After setting the mood right with a hilarious and dark trailer, actress Radhika Apte unveils a fun and quirky single, Shaani Rani from the upcoming spy-comedy ‘Mrs Undercover.

Directed and written by Anushree Mehta, ‘Mrs Undercover’ also stars Sumeet Vyas, Rajesh Sharma and Saheb Chatterjee in pivotal roles. The film is touted as a spy comedy.

The song “Shaani Raani” is sung by Nakash Aziz and composed by Amit Sawant. The video shows a roller-coaster ride of Radhika switching her roles between a housewife and an undercover agent.

In the film, Radhika Apte plays an spy who is suddenly called on the job after ten years of staying undercover as a housewife named Durga. In the ten years, staying true to her cover, she remained a caring housewife married to a patriarchal husband almost forgetting that she was after all an undercover spy.

‘Mrs Undercover’ is all set to premiere exclusively on ZEE5 on April 14.
