Sanjay Dutt has been roped in to play the antagonist in the film, and this will also mark his Tamil debut. Sanjay Dutt has now jetted off to Kashmir to resume the shoot and the makers of the film have dropped an exclusive video from the sets.
The official handle of Seven Screen Studios shared the video, it said, “Roll out the red carpet, @duttsanjay sir has arrived in style to set the screen on fire, Exclusive video venum nu keteengalame, engaluku keturchu, #Thalapathy @actorvijay sir @Dir_Lokesh @trishtrashers @anirudhofficial @Jagadishbliss #LEO”
In the video, Sanjay Dutt is seen getting a warm welcome from the team, and later he is taken to the sets of the film, where he is seen hugging Vijay and discussing the shoot.
Apart from Vijay and Sanjay Dutt, the film also stars Trisha, Arjun Sarja, Gautham Menon, Mysskin, Priya Anand, Mansoor Ali Khan, Sandy, and Mathew Thomas will be seen in crucial roles.
Mysskin and Gautham Menon have already completed shooting for their portions in 'Leo' and the film is heading super stronger than expected. Almost 500 artists have been involved in the Kashmir schedule of 'Leo' and the current schedule is expected to be wrapped by the end of March.
Anirudh Ravichander is scoring the music and the film is locked to release on October 19, 2023.
