Zwigato Trailer Is Out, Revealing The Truth Of Food Delivery Industry

Kapil Sharma is making a comeback to big screen with Zwigato, also starring Shahana Goswami in the lead role.

From cancelling, to good rating and digital revolution of food delivery, the film narrates a heart-warming struggle of Manas aka Kapil Sharma, who is moving earth and heaven to supply for his family. Manas is married to Pratima, played by Shahana Goswami.

What starts as simple food delivery, slowly turns into life sucking never ending struggle of gimmicks, bonuses, ratings and desperation.

Helmed by Nandita Das, the film is a social satire on the food delivery economy in India which takes its name from combining the two food delivery giants' names Swiggy and Zomato. The film is produced by Applause Entertainment.

After having its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival in September 2022, Asian premiere at Busan International Film Festival in October last year, and Indian premiere at Kerala International Film Festival last month, the film is all set for its theatrical release on March 17, 2023.
