The film Student of the Year, which gives talented superstars to the film Industry, Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, and Siddharth Malhotra is a super hit at the Box Office. After the huge success of the first part, Karan Johar Produced the second part of Student of the Year. This time Karan only Produced the film not direct. After that, That audience eagerly awaited the third INstallment as Student Of The Year 3 and now Filmmaker Karan is officially confirming the news about this upcoming project.

Karan Johar unveils the director of his upcoming project

Popular filmmaker Karan Johar unveiled details about the Student Of The Year 3 at the Cinevesture International Film Festival in Chandigarh. During the event, Karan Johar confirmed the third installment of Student Of The Year 3 but he unveiled an interesting one. He said that this time Student Of The Year is not a film, it is a series. While talking about the web series, he reveals the director of the Series.  He said that Reema Maya will be directing the digital version of Student Of The Year. But it will be her way and definitely not mine, because if I  enter Reema Maya’s world, then I will make it more of an illusion, which is what her name means. I just wanted it to be her voice. She made it her own series.”

About the New Director of the Student Of The Year Series 

Reema Maya is an International Award winning writer director and co-founder of Catnip Productions. She has garnered recognition for her creative and curious storytelling. She is known for making short films and web series. She has also directed videos from brands like boAt, Netflix, and Red Bull. Recently she made the film Nocturnal Burger.
