SHIMLA: A Nepalese lady and her little girl have been accused of sexually ambushing a 17-year-old kid for more than three months in Himachal Pradesh's Solan area, police said. The area's Additional Superintendent of Police Shiv Kumar said a body of evidence has been recorded against the lady, 45, and her girl, 22, based on a protestation documented by the kid's dad on Thursday.

He said the argument has been documented against the two ladies under a segment of the Indian Penal Code which manages purchasing minor for reasons for prostitution and other related violations. The cop said it is suspected that the whole scene had the assent of the kid, who is multi year and a half year old, consequently, pertinent areas of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act were excluded in the FIR.

Mr Kumar said the denounced were not captured so far as the issue was being explored on its legitimacy. The kid's dad has affirmed in his protestation that the lady and his girl took his child to their home, kept him there and purportedly struck him sexually for three months, the cop included. Gotten some information about the spouse of the blamed lady, the officer said it was not clear in the event that she was isolated or a dowager. About the kid, the officer said he was a nearby inhabitant and was not enlisted for formal tutoring. The officer did not share more subtle elements, saying examination for the situation is in progress.
