MADHYA PRADESH: An eight-year-old young lady was supposedly kidnapped and assaulted by a man in Madhya Pradesh's Mandsaur region, setting off a challenge by local people who kept the market zone of city shut today with neighborhood bar affiliation declining to speak to the blamed.
