IPL 2018 : Jos Buttler hit impressive fifth half-century against Mumbai Indians, takes RR team to fifth spot

Cricket Champ Jos Buttler did it again on Sunday by hitting his fifth successive half-century as Rajasthan Royals player in IPL T20 match against Mumbai Indians. He made 94 unbeaten runs against MI team on Sunday. Royals win against the opponent team in royal way on Sunday by seven wickets.

Rajasthan Royals batsman Buttler chased 169 runs target easily with two overs left in 20 overs match. Buttler and Ajinkya Rahane partnership of 95 runs till second wicket gave a way to the team to match up score with MI. Buttler innings comprised of five sixes and nine fours.

Rajasthan Royals bowlers showed their great bowling skills to confine Mumbai Indians to 168/6 score. Mumbai Indians were put into bat first on Sunday. Batsman Evin Lewis and Suryakumar Yadav contributed 87 runs off 64 balls against Royals. Evin Lewis scored 60 runs off 42 balls with four boundaries and several sixes. His wicket was taken by Stuart Binny in the third over. On the other hand, Suryakumar clinched 38 runs off 31 balls.

In the beginning, Mumbai Indians got a great chance for a big total but the team couldn’t able to make big score. Jofra Archer showed his impressive innings as he gave only 16 runs in his four overs and took wickets of Suryakumar and Rohit Sharma. Ben Stokes took 2 wickets and gave 26 runs. RR pacers Jaydev Unadkat, Dhawal Kulkarni clinched one wicket each.
