Relief news for those who do not have a driving license, this rule may be implemented soon
Good news for those who do not have a driving license. Under the new Motor Vehicles Act, new news is coming every day that challans are being deducted from people. People are standing in long lines outside the RTO, PUC and getting their driving license and pollution certificate to avoid challans.
The special thing is that there is no need for long lines. Because, now, instead of cutting your challan wherever you are caught without a license, the police will provide you with a learning license immediately. This new rule has come up in Hyderabad, the capital of Telangana, which is being vigorously processed. Soon other states may adopt similar rules.
The Telangana police have started helping motorists driving vehicles instead of imposing fines on traffic violators. The Hyderabad Police has decided that instead of giving hand licenses to those without helmets, the learning license will be registered.
As part of this new initiative, the traffic police will now assist the driver in the purchase of helmets, insurance, and PUC damages. Also, for those who do not have a license, the police will create an online learning license at the scene.
