After the show, he called me and praised my work. So it was quite thrilling and humbling. Later when I did the movie with him, I was hesitant about shooting the scene with him, but Irrfan’s process and craft is remarkable. He puts people at ease, work with his surroundings. I knew it that I will learn a lot from Irrfan Khan when I signed the movie and that’s exactly what happened. He is quite an institution himself”

I have been working in all sorts of genre, from fiction to slapstick comedy, to show, reality show but I have never worked in such a genre before which was different and realistic. I am big fan of realistic genre, movies which are based in small town, in real space with real characters. So yeah it’s been fun to work in Angrezi Medium”
