Ankita Lokhande to star in Snadeep Singh's web series Amarpali

As per reports, Ankita is all set to play the role of Amrapali in Snadeep Singh's upcoming web series Amarpali. Ankita has been roped into portraying Amrapali, the celebrated and glamorous Nagarvadhu. The magnum opus web series is based on the life of the royal courtesan. The series reprises her journey from being a courtesan to becoming a Buddhist Nun.

The renowned filmmaker Sandeep Singh Saiid that, Amarpali was known for her beauty and grace and was one of the strongest characters in the history of India. I could see anyone but Ankita Lokhande, who surprised everyone with her spectacular performance in my film Sawatantrya Veer Sawarkar. She is just right for the role as she has all the attributes of a charming princess and a naga sadhu and is also a great dancer.
